Service Description: <div style='text-align:Left;font-size:12pt'><p><span>As part of the City's mission for continual improvement and customer service excellence we offer a Pre-Application Service. The purpose of the Pre-Application Service is to provide our residents and the development community an opportunity to share a conceptual development plan at the outset of a project's due diligence phase and provide development relevant information ranging from entitlement process, land use considerations, infrastructure needs, site planning and building and safety. The overall objective is to benefit the customer and build a better community by providing written comments and identifying issues to minimize risk while enhancing certainty. The Development Services team invites you to submit an application in the Get Started section below and if you should have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact staff at 402-441-5662 or DevelopmentServices@lincoln.ne.gov.</span></p><p><span /></p><p><span>Pre-application is a free service and is not required to submit a formal application.</span></p><p><span /></p><p><span>Get Started</span></p><p><span>To get started, complete the application form.
