description: <DIV STYLE="text-align:Left;font-size:12pt"><P><SPAN>Based on the Lincoln Municipal Code 27.53.020 definition, this layer represents the the following:</SPAN></P><P><SPAN /></P><P><SPAN>Minimum Flood Corridor shall mean the stream buffer area centered on the channel or aligned such that the area follows the natural flow of flood waters. The width of such area shall be:</SPAN></P><P><SPAN /></P><P><SPAN>1. 90 feet for drainage areas greater than 40 acres and less than or equal to 100 acres;</SPAN></P><P><SPAN>2. 100 feet for drainage areas greater than 100 acres and less than or equal to 200 acres;</SPAN></P><P><SPAN>3. 120 feet for drainage areas greater than 200 acres and less than or equal to 300 acres;</SPAN></P><P><SPAN>4. Channel width plus six times the depth of channel plus 50 feet for drainage areas greater than 300 acres.</SPAN></P></DIV>
