<procdesc>Lancaster County&#146;s existing building rooflines were analyzed against Pictometry&#146;s 2010 orthophotography (0.5-ft GSD and/or 1.0-ft GSD) to detect apparent changes in size and shape that might represent physical change to the structure. This analysis resulted in updated building outline and/or point data which have been tagged as New, Changed, Possibly Changed, Existing, Demolished or Unknown. All New and Changed building outlines in this dataset were compiled from the 2010 orthophoto with the best resolution.</procdesc>
